A strong but soft-edged triangle hangs from a substantial 24 inch sterling silver snake chain.
This necklace is dear to me. Its an iteration of a necklace I designed several years for my sister-in-law and dear friend, Carmen. Carmen was one of my strongest supporters as a designer, business owner, and mother. And Carmen loved this necklace with the kind of love every artist dreams that someone might feel for a piece they create. Carmen passed away this year after a fierce battle with brain cancer. But she still guides me as I go. Her wit, her wisdom, and her generosity, while sorely missed, remain.
I knew this necklace had a place in my collection. So, here it is. A little piece of Carmen. All proceeds of this piece benefit organizations around the country that provide bereavement counseling for children. Carmen’s greatest love and utmost concern was always her three beautiful daughters.
